Notice to California Residents: A married applicant may apply for a separate loan.
NOTICE TO OHIO APPLICANTS: The Ohio laws against discrimination require that all creditors make credit equally available to all credit worthy customers, and that credit reporting agencies maintain separate credit histories on each individual upon request. The Ohio Civil Rights Commission administers compliance with this law.
Married Wisconsin Residents: No provision of any marital property agreement, unilateral statement, or court order applying to marital property will adversely affect Capital Community Bank’s interests unless Capital Community Bank, before the time credit is granted, is furnished with a copy of the agreement, statement, or court order, or has actual knowledge of the provision.
Maine Residents: Applicants have the right to choose the agent and insurer through which any insurance required by the loan is obtained, including the right to choose an agent or broker whether or not that agent or broker is affiliated with the creditor. Obtaining insurance from a particular agent or broker does not affect the credit decision, unless the insurance does not provide adequate coverage as required by the terms of the loan, or the insurer does not meet reasonable criteria for approval as allowed by law.
