LoanMart, individually and on behalf of Capital Community Bank, may contact you regarding your credit application and account including but not limited to assist you with completion of your application, to notify you of the status of your application, to notify you of upcoming, made, or missed payments, to send you other loan servicing notices, and to conduct collection efforts. You agree to notify LoanMart immediately if you change your Mobile Phone Number or transfer your phone to another person. You understand that text messages may be seen by anyone with access to your phone. To stop text messages, you can also reply “STOP” to any text message we may send you.
